The product, in the report: PBS Playtime Tablet the hard outer case is bright green the rubber cover is blue Model number PBKRWM5410 NS
I purchased 2 of the PBS playtime tablet November 2018 as a gift for my children. After returning one twice for being defective and one once for the same problem and never being allowed to speak to a supervisor, they just replaced them. One of the replacements while sitting one a side table in my living room uncharged and turned off for over 2 weeks they battery expanded and popped the case of the tablet open. I have tried to call the company one November 20th the next day after i discovered it with no resolution except they would escalate my complaint . I called again on November 21st again and received the same response. We have removed the tablet from our home but feel like this product in the hands of young children is unsafe .
