Emergency room Made Mar 27, 2026, sent to the company Mar 31, 2026, published by CPSC Apr 14, 2026
The product, in the report: I have the T Revvl Tab 2 and the Galaxy A15 5G, Model SM-A156U, SN R5CX80VRZ1D, FCC IDA3LSMA156U. I believe the FCC is the illegal third party. Not allowing me to submit many photos
Metro by T-Mobile gave out to the community where I resided approx. 2,000 T Revvl Tab 2 -tablet that is giving third degree burns from a mini microchip so small that would burn down a house. The chip is placed in the camera area of the tablets on the left top back of the tablet when the tablet is turned sides ways in zoom mode. The camera area rest on the left fingers of the left hand. This was referred to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Also, the Galaxy A15 5G cell phone by T-Mobile are using third party batteries for extreme extended life for surgically implanted microchipping to be connected to this cell phone. If a person has implants from a surgery these implants are connected to this type of cell phone. The emergency room, a primary nurse covered up my burn injuries for Metro, T Mobile and third parties.
