The product, in the report: White Dynex USB charger for Ipod or Iphone The Model Number is DX-DCUSB1 and it looks like the Serial Number is 11L02ZTWAZ2007589.
I plugged my sister’s Iphone in to charge on my Dynex USB charger one night. I use my 3 way USB charger as I did every night with my own phones. When I got up in the morning there was a burned smell in my kitchen. The charger had burned and melted, I could see it on the charger. My sister took her phone to the Apple store. It had to be replaced because of the fire.
