The product, in the report: HP Pavilion Laptop DV 7-6163US Serial No. 5CH1321KE Product # QA 668UA#ABA.
I bought a laptop at Staples. HP Pavilion Serial No. 5CH1321KE Product No. QA 668UA#ABA. I have had it for several months. I normally used it on a table but movec it to use in another area of the house. When I put it down I sliced my finger on the back. The back part of the lid above the trim is as sharp as a razor. I called HP today about it and they want me to send it back. Just wanted to let everyone know so they didn’t get cut as well.
