The product, in the report: A chrome book made by dell.
Wading using the dell Chromebook 11 in lap flat and the product screen starting flashing then the product started to smoke. The screen went black then sparked and smoked more. An open flame appeared for a half second amongst constant sparking for several minutes after the flame. The product no longer works. Contacted dell with no help.
