The product, in the report: HP Chrome Laptop and Charger

Last Christmas I bought a Chrome HP Laptop for my grandson(age 9) December 2013. In January the charger was plugged into an outlet in his bedroom and it melted the outlet. Luckily I caught it and pulled it out before a fire. I called HP back in January and they sent me out a new charger under warranty and it did not work. I called them and they sent be out a new one again which did not work. In September I called again and I now have in my possession another one that does not work. It looks like a used charger and what happens to the last three is that the wire connection pulls apart and frays. The first one overheated and the last three frayed.

I have the computer and the charger and cannot use it. I gave up with HP as they keep sending me out used replacement chargers.
