The product, in the report: ERT Bluebird SF550 Mobile computer and charger
My moms house caught fire at 2 AM November 28th 2019. Her smoke alarms woke her, she went downstairs to find her kitchen on fire. Fire department arrived and an police officer investigated the source. He found the ERT bluebird handheld computer device and charger on the kitchen counter at the fire source location and believe it is the source of the fire. My mom is participating in a medical study and was given this device to enter information on a weekly basis. She had it plugged in charging with the charger they provided. The insurance company is going to submit the incinerated device for analysis. My mom and her animals were able to get out of the home safely but the kitchen is destroyed and everything in her 2-story home has smoke damage.
