The product, in the report: BDF T10 Kids Educational Tablet, 7-inch touchscreen, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, Android 13 system, MTK8321 chip, 4000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Plastic case designed for children. Purchased online from SHEIN.
The tablet device overheated, melted, and started producing smoke in my living room. The battery overheated and the internal cables burned. This created a serious fire hazard and put my family at risk. The device was being used normally at the time. No one was injured, but the situation was dangerous
