The product, in the report: A smart watch that monitors sleep / activity.
Last Nov. 3, I bought a newly released product of a fitness wearable called Basis Peak which supposed to monitor your activity and sleep tracker.
I returned the product since the sensors are not accurate but what made me decide to return the product was that I got a skin allergy reaction on the wrist band that comes with the product and I have informed Basis Peak but they didn’t gave me accurate answer on how I am going to address my allergy, I bought topical medications and allergy meds to alleviate the rash but they still haven’t responded to me when I asked help for my allergies.
