The product, in the report: Gateway Computer Model NV55C57u serial number LXWSG0205714212DC11601
I have a Gateway computer model NV55C, serial number LXWSG0205714212DC11601. I had it on the manufacturer charger, when the batteries exploded and caught fire. I got it outside of my house, sprayed it with water to get the fire out. then after about 10 minutes, another battery exploded, and another fire. My antique kitchen table is burnt, my floor is burnt, as well as smoke damage. This computer is about 6-7 years old, but other consumers should be aware of this issue. I have tried to contact Gateway, but no response yet. I believe I should be compensated for my loss.
