The product, in the report: Clock radio with USB charging port
I received a clock radio as a gift during the year 2014. One night, as I was getting ready for bed, I noticed that the LED display on the clock was dark, and I could smell a strong burning odor emanating from the unit. The housing was hot to the touch and a corner had started to melt. I quickly unplugged the unit. I am concerned that it could have caused a fire, had I not noticed the problem. There had been a power bump earlier in the evening.
