The product, in the report: Conair Shower Radio
Conair Shower Radio Model: CON SR16. Purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond, SKU #14709827.
Running the radio, I felt the back around the battery cover to be very warm. Removing the cover, one of the batteries was so hot I burned my finger in removing it. Fortunately it didn’t start a fire.
I don’t know whether this happened to be a defective one or if others are doing the same thing. I have not heard back from the manufacturer yet.
