The product, in the report: Antenna Outside Rotary Antenna Digital Antenna Manufacturer address: China possibly Hosen Purchase date: Approx. 2017
The consumer indicates that the screws that came with the antennae are too small thus they do not hold things in place, and the wires are very sharp. The consumer notes that he received multiple small cuts to his hand when he assembled the unit; the antennae is inside his home as opposed to outside because it would not work where it was intended to. Holes in reflector are too large cannot be mounted outside!
The consumer has reported the issue to the seller multiple times however they never admit the problem thus they have never assisted him. They just order from another supplier
The consumer plans on keeping his antenna for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
