The cell phone charger had been plugged into the cell phone overnight on a bed under a pillow. The cell phone end of the charger had some of its plastic melted and the top left portion of the metal prong showed signs of possible arching. The cell phone had no damage and was working normally. A portion of the pillow and bed’s comforter were damaged due to the heat produced from this incident.
