The product, in the report: Tile Tracker - a fob to place on keys or other items and pair with phone to find location of item.

Tile tracker key fob over heated in my sister’s waist pack. She reached into pack for keys, felt that they were hot as she was pulling them out and then it was too hot to hold and she dropped them to the floor. The fob melted in the center all around the battery and developed a hole all the way through. This happened in an assisted living facility. This could have caused a fire if it had been in contact with a flammable item.
