The product, in the report: muvit brand, micro usb travel charger; input voltage ac-110-220, input current 0.15a max output voltage dc-5.0+-5%, four foot cord with a usb outlet.
Within the last week purchased a cell phone charger. Used less than a week; when we attempted to use it on 4-7-2014 and plugged it into an ac outlet sparks flashed out of the outlet. Tried another outlet same problem. There is no damage to the unit and it has not been modified in any way.
