The product, in the report: Glitter iPhone case-cell phone case with teal glitter and fuchsia stars that float in a clear liquid.

I had my iPhone on my lap which had the glitter iPhone case on it. I started to feel a terrible burning sensation on my leg. I went to the bathroom and noticed a very large burn/welt on my leg. I couldn’t figure out what had caused the burn because it was as if it was spontaneous until I looked at my phone case and it was cracked, leaking out the liquid which was what caused the burn. The burn and pain were so severe that I could not wear clothing on the area for a week. I had to constantly apply burn ointment as well.

The product, in the report: It is a Victoria’s Secret Glitter Waterfall Phone Case for the Iphone 6/6S.

I bought one of the glitter, waterfall cases a while back from Victoria’s Secret/Pink and was planning on gifting it to someone as a birthday present. But then when I was shopping at my local Victoria store recently, I saw the recall notice for the phone cases and of course the one I bought for my friend was part of the recall since there were cases of the case breaking and causing severe chemical burns to users. I no longer have the receipt unfortunately but was told to fill out this in order to get a refund for the defective item.
