The product, in the report: Lively pendant and cell phone
We purchased a Greatcall pendant and cell phone for my mom to have in case she needed urgent response. Another big reason was the location tracking, which worked great and gave us piece of mind with her memory issues. Once the company was purchased by Best Buy, the location tracking was either inaccurate or stopped working all together. The customer service kept making excuses and promises that went unfulfilled. We made contact with management, more of the same. To make matters worse, when there is an urgent response needed they notify family from non-identified numbers. Who answers unidentified calls these days? I have all of this documented in emails with the company.
