The product, in the report: Energizer Micro USB phone Charger
While using Energizer Micro USB phone charger (CB-MCW70) purchased from Home Depot, the micro usb end of the cord overheated causing smoke and melted a small area of my cell phone. The cord also is now yellowed at the end and has black burn marks at the end of the cord on the metal plate. I was lucky to catch this before the item sparked a fire.
