Eagletec 40W T073 5-Port Intelligent High Speed USB Charger With Brainy Technology is the product being reported. It’s a multi port charger that heated up so much it caused our i-phone cord to start on fire. The charger itself was so hot I had to use oven mitts to pick it up off our couch where it was sitting and luckily our couch/house didn’t start on fire because we were in the room when it began smoking
