The product, in the report: Casely A battery pack phone case Model Power 2.0 #XDL-629M
My toddler dropped my phone from our couch (maybe a 2 foot drop) while it had a Casely Power 2.0 case on it. It seemed fine when I picked it up, so I put it back in my pocket. About 30 seconds later I could smell something burning. After a minute of checking for the source of the burning smell I realized that it was coming from me. I pulled out my phone and there was a flame coming from the indicator lights on the case and smoke coming from it. My husband and I were able to safely remove my phone and put out the fire. We had to air out our home because of the chemical/electrical smell, and placed the case on the concrete in our backyard just in case it reignited. Luckily the flame was not against my skin, but it had started to burn through my sweater.
