The product, in the report: BLU VIVO Xi+ cellular telephone handset
I purchased a BLU VIVO Xi+ cellular telephone handset on approximately 11/2019. It comes equipped with a fingerprint reader for security purposes to lock and unlock the handset. Approximately 3 weeks ago the battery started losing it’s charge within a matter of hours and the fingerprint reader stopped functioning. While trying to unlock the phone using the non-functioning fingerprint reader, I noticed that it was extremely hot to the touch. You cannot touch the handset reader button for longer than 2-3 seconds without burning yourself.
I contacted BLU Customer Service on 4/27/2020, Case number [REDACTED], explaining the issue and received an email response from BLU saying that the only way that they would check the problem with the phone is if I returned the phone to them with the original slaes receipt, which I cannot locate.
I consider this BLUE VIVO Xi+ handset to be an extreme fire hazard and would like CPSC to investigate.

The product, in the report: Charger of the Blu phone model Studio C Mini charger model: US-BM -1001
I purchased a BLU Phone model Studio C mini about two weeks ago, and yesterday while I was charging my phone the Charger just came apart from the two pin plug still connected to the outlet and the prong was completely exposed and might cause electrocution, I report this because the charger is not safe for use particularly if you have children in the room. I have tried to report the incident today to the manufacturer apparently they won’t listen and they don’t want to send me another one.
