I purchased the “Better Future Glass for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Screen Protector Tempered Glass Scratch Resistant 3D Curved Glass Protector Frame Glue[1-Pack” Online at amazon.com on 11-06-2019 and it arrived 11-11-2019 in the mail. Order number ([REDACTED]) I put it on and after 20 minutes I noticed the tempered glass had already cracked and was causing damages to the actual screen of my phone. I tried to take it off, but it was so hard to get off, the tempered glass started to cracking and came off in sharp pieces which cut my hand in two different places. It also damaged my phone’s screen to the point where I had to take it in and have the screen replaced which cost me $304.08 on 11-12-19. I have images of the phone, my injury and the bill for the screen replacement. Amazon refusing to reimburse me for the cost to have my phone replaced.
