The product, in the report: Sanyo Multi-media projector Model #PLC-XT16

Sanyo Model #PLC-XT16 multi-media projector started on fire. Cause was internal to the unit, it literally melted. No external problems with circuitry or outlets. Smoke and fire odor filled the room. We immediately unplugged it and the problem stopped. The next morning we plugged the unit back in to test it and the same problem occurred. Again, we unplugged it.
