The product, in the report: Bluetooth speaker from Logitec
Purchased the UE Boom (REDACT)during November ‘16.
I plugged the Ac Adapter to a plug point to charge the UE Boom. One of the two pins broke and remained in the receptacle outlet, with a portion of it sticking out. I am thankful that I was the one and it was not my child. I shut down the electricity mains and pulled the pin out. Anyone less technical might have decided to pull the pin out using bare hands and experienced a life threatening electricity jolt.
If it is indeed a manufacturing defect, I urge you to investigate this to avoid potential harm to consumers.
