  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: The turtle beach ear force xo four stealth headset, black and green

My dogs chewed up my headphone cable! Luckily they did because i came across mold and your notice online!!! To add to my anger i wrote a long email to you and saved it but apparently i wasn’t registered even though you have to register to get to this page!! I want to know what you’re going to do about this problem because if they didn’t i wouldn’t of gone online and seen the call back alert you posted online! I’m very angry to say the least that’s a massive understatement. To make matters worse i’m on holiday in the Philippines until August, what are you going to do about this i want a replacement headset because i could of gotten these fixed and paid a fraction of what i would if i had to buy a new set! Which i wouldn’t because they are repairable. What are you going to do you should notify all persons who purchased your product personally not an online notice because if i hadn’t them chewed up and gone online to find a place to repair them i would have gotten much worse problems! No wonder why i am so ill on holiday which i have been for weeks now!!!!

The product, in the report: TURTLE BEACH® EAR FORCE® XO FOUR STEALTH gaming headset.

I used my headset several times a week, and when not in use I stored it on a bedside table. Two weeks after purchasing the headset I noticed white mold spores on the earmuffs of the headset. I cleaned them thoroughly, but about a week later they returned.
