The product, in the report: Wireless speaker with lithium ion battery

New wireless speaker plugged into USB port for the first time to charge Li-ion battery. My wife left it connected because it was not charging. After a few days she noticed plastic smelling fumes coming from the gadget and our family room was filled with fumes. There were no flames. The gadget melted with intense heat. No one was hurt. The all-in-one Acer computer was not affected. I have taken pictures.
