The product, in the report: Listed on Amazon as: MOVSSOU E7 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Headphones Over Ear with Microphone Deep Bass, Comfortable Protein Earpads, 30 Hours Playtime for Travel/Work, Black. I have had them for 5 months and do not have the any of the packaging or information that came with the product.
I July 2024 I purchased from Amazon MOVSSOU E7 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Headphones. On the night of 12/7/24, I plug the headphones in to recharge use the same USB plug and location that I have recharge it before. In the morning (12/8/24) I discovered at the charging location of the headphones the plastic around it had melted due to overheating and the plug was melted at the charging location only but the cord had no sign of overhearing. Thus, the damage to the charging plug came from the headphones. I was lucky the headphones were not laying on anything flammable while they were recharging.
