The product, in the report: Loop Engage Earplugs - Color: Dusk Loop Experience Earplugs - Color: Black Loop Silicone XXS Ear Tips
While using Loop Engage / Loop Experience earbuds with the official XXS tips, the eartip became detached from the main housing and became lodged in my ear canal - requiring assistance to remove with tweezers. Upon inspection of the XXS tips, compared to the factory eartips, there is no retaining mechanism molded into the eartip.

The product, in the report: “Loop Link” - Cord of appx. 25 inches in length with two 3/4 inch ends containing a small magnet. Meant to keep earplugs around one’s neck when not in use. Cord and ends are black, magnets are silver.
Potential magnet ingestion and choking hazard. The product I’m reporting, the “Loop Link” by Loop Earplugs, connects to a set of earplugs using a necklace-like cord with magnetic ends to keep them from getting lost when not in use. I use my set frequently and was wearing them around my neck while I worked on my laptop. Unbeknownst to me, one of the earplugs disconnected from the cord alongside a cap and loose magnet during this time. Apparently, the caps keeping the magnets in place aren’t glued in and have the potential to fall out after a certain amount of use. Fortunately, no injuries. I’m an adult who was alone in a bedroom when this happened. However, the product has around 700 reviews on Amazon and several criticize this exact flaw.[REDACTED]
