The product, in the report: GEMS wireless blue tooth headphones pink from target around $4.99

I bought a pair of GEMS wireless Bluetooth headphones from Target. They came with a charging cable. They arrived yesterday. We charged them the same day. After about an hour or so of charging them (Id have to ask my husband more details of how long they were charging), my daughter brought them to us and said she went to retrieve them to try them out (shes 8) and she was crying. We called her what was wrong and she said there was something wrong on her room and the cord was melted. She was carrying it in her hand and her hands were black. The cord was melted and charred. This couldve caused a fire and couldve burned our child. I made a review of the product on the Target app and noticed there was at least one other reviewer who had the same issue. Thus, its not our box or outlet. The product is faulty and dangerous . I reported to Target and their response was is there a recall?. I just bought them from them and received them yesterday so if there is a recall they shouldve be selling it! I [REDACTED] it and found no recall but maybe there should be. Thanks.
