The product, in the report: Craig electronics bluetooth speaker model CMA3602
While the Craig electronics bluetooth speaker (model CMA3602) was plugged in and charging, leaning on my couch, the unit burst into flames and started burning the couch, and burning papers that were on the couch. It’s a good thing I was home and had a fire extinguisher. The company asked if I still had my receipt and if I used the charger that came with it. No receipt for the unit anymore (a couple of months old) and don’t have a receipt for the couch that burned either. I do have a video of the burst into flames off a security camera, as well as pictures of the burned up unit once I got it out of my house. Company (Craig) doesn’t seem interested in replacing my couch. Store of purchase already gave me a refund, and I left the products with them. A good possibility had I not been home, I wouldn’t have a home to go to!!
