  1. First aid

Made Jun 18, 2014, sent to the company Jun 26, 2014, published by CPSC Jul 11, 2014

The product, in the report: DVD headphone that came installed with the Chrysler 2014 town and country mini van (2 year lease) we leased on 9-12-13

Our 2 year old baby got her finger stuck in the headphones and couldnt get it out on her own, She panicked and pulled her finger out, cutting all the skin off in the process. All of this happened while we were traveling at 65 mph on a very busy memorial weekend highway, nearly causing a multiple vehicle traffic accident as well- with predicted fatal consequences. Even with 2 adults in the car. We pulled over causing more potential safety concerns to administer emergency first aide through the direct instruction of our pediatrician while on the phone.

The headphones need to be replaced and recalled to prevent future potential accidents and fatalities.
