The product, in the report: ResQlink Beacon Model PLB-425 PLB used in emergency to help emergency services find you. The PLB is made by ACR
I am using an ACR Resqlink beacon that is brand new. I put the belt clip on the back of the unit. When I went to pull the clip off the back of the unit with the provided rope my finger got slashed and it left a scar. I have been unable to get the company to call me back or email me. I have left messages.
