The product, in the report: Wyze solar outdoor camera

She was following the instructions. It is solar, so it does not require a battery or a charger. She was setting up, she was trying to screw the camera and then a white came out of the camera, then it exploded and flames came out.

She jumped out and she kicked the camera. She got burned if her left hand and right foot. She did not have to go to the hospital. But she lost her voice the next day. She says it was because she inhaled the smoke that came out the camera.

The consumer wants the company to give her a refund. She also says she has everything on video.
