The product, in the report: Roku Outdoor Camera - Home Security - IP65 Weather Resistant Wired Security Camera & Pet Monitor with 1080p HD Night Vision, Compatible with Alexa & Google, WDR, Motion & Sound Detection
Installed several Roku outdoor cameras (Model #SCW11X) on my home. One of the cameras stopped working after 3 months. Took a look at the camera and noted that the USB-C power connector had melted. This is the weather-proofed connector on the camera side of the power cable. I was using the brick power supply that was supplied with the camera. The melted connector was charred black and smelled of an electrical short that then heated the connector and caused it to char and melt. Could have potentially started a fire.
