The product, in the report: Ring All-new Ring Stick Up Cam Battery HD security camera with two-way talk, Works with Alexa
Received the Ring stock up camera on Reese’s day. It is a brand new product. I installed it as directed. Tonight it alerted me that the battery was low and needed to be charged. I went outside, tried to twist the bottom of it open and the entire camera fell off of the mount. The mount stayed attached to my house. The camera hit me in the face causing a large cut that will likely require stitches. The camera should have something to keep it from Falling off of the mount while twisting the bottom of it off the release the battery.
