The product, in the report: Nest Camera IQ Outdooe

I have been having issues with my nest outdoor iq cameras. I contacted Nest’s CEO and the Nest associate that was assigned my case 1st offered to replace my faulty cameras and then reneged on that. There is an email trail of back and forth between us documenting that fact. Now, today, one of the Nest iq outdoor cameras exploded and blew out my circuit breaker in the wall, starting a fire. I am attaching pictures. You need to recall these cameras, Nest knows are faulty, and replace them all. I expect all new cameras with no further issues from Nest. See pictures of your faulty product and the actual circuit breaker I had to replace. The device exploded the outdoor plug, melted the wire to the camera, started a fire, broke another 1st generation iq outdoor camera and broke the circuit breaker. Thank god it worked correctly and I had it plugged into an arear with a secondary circuit breaker right near the camera, or we would be discussing an entire house burnt down. I cannot believe the atrocious customer service and the complete disregard on the part of nest, not to mention the time and energy I have put into trying to sole issues with your faulty iq outdoor cameras and the fact you said you would replace them and then refused to; which directly led to nearly burning down my house. I again expect all new cameras without an issue. I have 7 total cameras.
