No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 20, 2025, sent to the company Sep 5, 2025, published by CPSC Sep 19, 2025
The product, in the report: Bonoch Baby Monitor 5.5 1440p. Two cameras. No wifi connection.
The monitor of the Bonoch Baby Monitor will disconnect for no reason. This causes a safety concern as you cannot safely monitor your child during sleeping hours. When trying to resolve the issue with the company, you do not get a response or you have to send multiple emails to get some type of message back. The refer you to their troubleshooting manual which is on their website. I have gone through every trouble shooting they have and still have not gotten the help I need to ensure I will have a working product to ensure the safety of my child.
