I purchased a PERLESMITH Universal Swivel TV Stand / Base - Table Top TV Stand for 37-65 inch LCD LED TVs - Height Adjustable TV Mount Stand with Tempered Glass Base, VESA 600x400mm, Holds up to 88lbs, PSTVS13 from Perlesmith on June 21, 2021, which was shipped by Amazon.com. I had a new 50” [REDACTED] TV delivered from [REDACTED] on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, along with a new [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] on July 6, 2021. I assembled the TV stand according to the instructions on July 8, 2021, and placed the TV and soundbar on top of my dresser. On Saturday, July 10, 2021, I heard a loud crash from my loft. I went into my bedroom and found the TV laying upside down from the dresser, the soundbar on top of my dresser upside down, and glass all over the front of my bedroom.
