The product, in the report: This is Sanus Systems model TV20b television turntable UPC# is 793795190208. (I have pictures I can email, but your website is not allowing me to upload them.)
We placed our television onto Sanus model TV20b turntable/stand in April 2009.
In April 2013, we removed our television from TV turntable and discovered that single screw which attaches plastic base to wooden platform had separated and could allow television to topple from stand and injure someone nearby.
We have contacted the company several times, but nothing has been done to correct this dangerous problem. We believe that the stand should be recalled and that we should receive a refund or replacement stand.
