I purchased 2 wall mounts from Sam’s Club model OBFM120. The first mount purchased 10/12 was great no problems so I purchased another television & mount 11/12. Everything was going good until one day the end of 11/12 we came home to our 55” television on the floor shattered. At this point I’m thinking that there was nothing that could be done so we discarded the television & mount, I didn’t consider that the wall mount could have been defected until today when I saw the recall on WSBTV. I’m seeking to get my television & mount replaced & can you please send me a kit for my existing wall mount?
