  1. No one hurt

Made Jun 27, 2016, sent to the company Jul 6, 2016, published by CPSC Jul 20, 2016

The product, in the report: MI-104 Ultra Slim TV Wall Hanging Mount or LCD or LED Screens (60” screen sizes) SKU: MI-104 https://www.mount-it.net/mi-104-ultra-slim-tv-wall-hanging-mount-or-lcd-or-led-screens-60-screen-sizes.html

The mount that was screwed into the TV broke in half causing the 70.1 lbs TV to fall. We were fortunate that no one was in the house at the time as our children like to stand on the cabinet below where the TV hangs and point to which shows they want to watch.

The mount is called the MI-104 Ultra Slim TV Wall Hanging Mount or LCD or LED Screens (60” screen sizes) which says it has a load capacity of 110 lbs

This was ordered on June 27, 2012 and installed on a [REDACTED] 52 Inch TV which weighs 70.1 lbs without the stand.
