No one hurt Made Sep 16, 2017, sent to the company Sep 25, 2017, published by CPSC Oct 17, 2017
The product, in the report: Bell O brand. Three glass shelves (tiers) and a base that holds up the tv.
This is about our 3 tiered Bell O tv stand. The top tier of tempered glass shattered out of nowhere. There was no movement in the room as I was feeding my 7 month old daughter. The glass basically exploded into thousands of pieces, covering my living room floor. This is the main space where my daughter plays, so it took a great deal of cleanup as one can imagine. There was no reason for this to happen and I am very upset and concerned about the safety of this product.
