I had an e-bike whose battery caught on fire. I purchased it on Walmart.com through a third-party seller. Even though it was under the warranty, Walmart or the seller ZDZA refuses to refund my money. Walmart should be responsible for their third-party seller’s actions. What if my house had started on fire because of the battery?
