My 13 year old son was riding his e-bike made by Xylophant and the electrical writing under the back seat started smoking, several wires in. Several areas are melted in half, wire casing is melted off.
I reached out to Amazon 5/27 to report a safety issue and request a refund. Amazon sent over a message to the seller asking them to reach out to me. The company did via Amazon chat/email and asked what happened, I explained to them what happened and then they went dark.
