The product, in the report: Electric 21 speed fat tire bike

I bought a viribus electric bike from Walmart online marketplace. The bracket holding the front front brake cable failed causing me to lose front brakes. Luckily I was able to stop with rear brake. After pulling the cable tight and securing the bracket the rear brake cable did the same thing. I took it to Walmart to ask the bike mechanic to look at it since I bought the three year warranty with the bike. They told me I had to go through [REDACTED] for repairs. On my way home the front brake cable slipped through the bracket again. I was on a hill and had no brakes. I had to hang off the side off the side and drag the free foot on the ground to stop. Had I been on [REDACTED] where it crosses [REDACTED] this wouldn’t have worked. It would have been fatal since it’s a busy intersection and possibility of rear ending a car with the bike. I contacted viribus about this and returning the bike and they offered to send me new brakes. I accepted the offer and was sent replacement brakes. The rear brake caliper was replaced and is working so far. The front caliper was the wrong one and it didn’t match what my bike had. I installed it anyway and pulled the brake lever to see if it worked and the cable slipped on first pull. I put the old one back on and adjusted it. It seems to be working for now. I’ve only put three miles on it so far but how long is it going to last before I lose brakes again? I’ve only had the bike for a little over three months and ride it twice a week.
