The product, in the report: UBCO 2023 ebike- adventure edition
I have an UBCO brand electric bike. I have had it for over a year and purchased it from the local dealer, and always used an OEM charger. I rode it for about 10 min on 9/21/26, parked it in my well ventilated barn (it was less than 60 degrees Fahrenheit- not warm). the battery was at about 90% and was not plugged in, and it exploded about 10 min after parking- which burned my building to the ground. Ubco will not respond to requests for insurance info or support. [REDACTED] Fire Dept inspector report available- this caused over $200k in damage and would have caused injury if anybody was near it
