I Purchased a Qronge Waterfall electric bike on December 10th 2025 for the total sum of $518.39 including taxes and shipping , upon receiving the electric bike on December 17th 2025 , I assembled said electric bike (Qronge Waterfall) while test Riding the electric bike to make sure everything was assembled correctly I noticed that the Handle bar stem which is affixed to the front Forks of the bike which is adjustable for height of handle bar only was very loose as well as the frame Bracket which is the device that is intended to hold the bike in riding mode when unfolded which was loose as well, after attempting to adjust the tensioner bolts and Nuts I discovered that it was adjusted as tight as possible, while riding the bike again to test if the issue was addressed the handle bars unlocked at the Folding/lock mechanism which caused me to fall/crash the bike, I relocked the mechanism that Locks the handle bars in place several times , the Locking/Folding mechanism which holds the frame safely in place while riding has also unlocked due to no safety lock mechanism to prevent this from happening, I was Riding this electric Qronge Waterfall bike casually in a Designated Bike lane when these locking mechanism’s disengaged, I was not Injured due to Wearing a Proper D.O.T. Approved full Face Motorcycle Helmet, Elbow and knee pads as well as other proper safety gear to avoid injuries if a Crash occurred which is why I am reporting this electric bike to Consumer Product safety Commission, the Issues with the Folding Latch mechanisms Could result in serious injury or possibly be Fatal to riders who are not experienced and or these Mechanisms fail without warning.
