The product, in the report: E-Bike
The consumer indicates that his e-bike has been presenting various problems approximately two weeks after it was purchased. The consumer notes that his unit has had issues with its battery, its throttle, its tires, and its inner tubes. The tires and inner tubes are of bad quality and always go flat, and the battery cuts out while riding, the throttle is not reliable as he doesn’t get even thirty miles on it even though it is advertised as being good for sixty miles.
The consumer indicates that ever since the bicycle started having issues he has had to take it to the shop every two to three weeks, and he has been unable to ride since November 2023. The shop is willing to assist him but the consumer believes that the unit has already too may problems that should not be occurring to a brand new bicycle.
The consumer states that he used his e-bike every day, and has paid over 1,400$ in repairs and labor so far.
The consumer plans on keeping his e-bike for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
