(06/22/2025) The consumer’s 15 and 1/2-year-old son was riding the bike on the sidewalk in their neighborhood. When he slowed down, the front wheel of the bike came off. He was thrown over the handlebars, hit the concrete and broke his left arm. He was taken to Urgent Care.
